01 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or browsing this website (aevo.org / Aevo Labs Portfolio), submitting inquiries via our digital transmission forms, or scheduling consultations via our booking interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.
If you represent a corporate entity, brand, or agency, you warrant that you have the requisite legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must refrain from accessing this website.
02 Nature of Studio Services
Aevo Labs is a creative content, commercial direction, and generative systems studio established in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our services include, without limitation:
- Generative AI Films and Commercial Spots: Conceptualization, scripting, prompt architecture, diffusion pipeline generation, visual effects, and post-production for luxury estates, lifestyle brands, and visionary founders.
- High-Engagement Vertical Production: Custom cinema-grade short-form content engineered for maximum organic retention on mobile platforms.
- Visual Identity Systems and Neural Motion: Bespoke generative brand assets, motion design, and audio-visual synthesis.
- Creative Advisory and Technical Consulting: Strategic guidance on integrating enterprise generative models into marketing and media workflows.
03 Generative Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Rights
Aevo Labs utilizes diffusion pipelines, neural rendering architectures, and generative synthetic tools in combination with human creative direction, cinematography, and audio engineering.
In accordance with international AI transparency norms and Article 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), all portfolio videos, motion artifacts, and commercial spots displayed on this website are disclosed as featuring generative artificial intelligence and synthetic media elements.
A. Studio Website and Portfolio Assets
All media files, 3D WebGL camera code, infinite canvas algorithms, video clips, soundscapes, trademarks, logos, typography, and software code on this website are the proprietary property of Aevo Labs or its licensors and are protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights, as well as international intellectual property conventions.
You may not download, scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, train external machine learning models on, or publicly republish any video or code from this website without prior express written authorization from Aevo Labs.
B. Client Commission Deliverables
Where Aevo Labs is commissioned to produce custom creative films or brand assets under a formal Statement of Work (SOW):
- Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full contract payment, the client receives commercial exploitation rights as specified in the applicable SOW.
- Studio Underlying IP: Aevo Labs retains all right, title, and interest in its proprietary workflow pipelines, custom checkpoint models, prompt engineering libraries, shader scripts, and procedural automation tools developed prior to or during the engagement.
C. Synthetic Personas and Fictional Depictions
Characters, narrators, and visual figures appearing in showcased generative films are synthetic personas created via diffusion algorithms unless explicitly identified as real clients or talent under formal release agreements. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is unintended and coincidental.
04 Inquiries, Consultations and Commercial Engagements
Submitting an inquiry via our transmission interface or booking a discovery session through Calendly does not form a binding contract to produce work. A binding creative engagement is formed only upon the mutual execution of a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Production Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by authorized representatives of both parties, accompanied by the designated commencement retainer.
05 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our website, inquiry channels, or services for any improper or unlawful purpose, including:
- Transmitting unsolicited promotional material, spam, or abusive communications through our contact form.
- Attempting to interfere with, breach, or disable the security or performance of our 3D canvas, Cloudflare R2 delivery network, or hosting infrastructure.
- Submitting briefing requests that involve the generation of deepfakes intended to deceive, non-consensual imagery, defamatory content, hate speech, or material violating UAE laws.
- Using automated crawlers, bots, or extraction scripts to harvest media from our video archive.
06 Disclaimers of Warranties
This website and its cinematic canvas are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for seamless 60FPS dual-axis canvas performance across all modern browsers and devices:
- We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of bugs, latency, or server downtime.
- Browser performance may vary based on hardware acceleration, GPU capabilities, and local network throughput.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Aevo Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates:
- In no event shall Aevo Labs, its founders, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, revenue, or business reputation) arising out of your access to or use of this website.
- Our aggregate liability for any claims arising under or related to your use of this website shall be strictly limited to the amount of one hundred United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED 100) or the amount paid by you to Aevo Labs in the preceding three (3) months, whichever is greater.
08 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aevo Labs, its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of third-party rights.
09 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms:
- The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through informal executive consultations within thirty (30) days of written notice.
- Failing informal resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC Courts) or the Civil Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
10 Severability, Termination and Contact Information
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
